CHS students shine at BURBS Conference Art Show
April 24-25 was the BURBS Conference Art Show, hosted this year by Urbandale High School at Merle Hay Mall. BURBS is a long-standing art show that travels between participating schools. The districts involved in the show were: Urbandale, Ankeny Centennial, Waukee Northwest, Dowling Catholic, Johnston, Ankeny, Waukee, and Valley. Each school had three hours to complete a 7ftx7ft mural that will now be displayed at Merle Hay Mall. The following awards were earned by CHS students:
