CHS Students Honored at Law Day
Two CHS students were honored today at the Polk County Bar Association’s Law Day Ceremony. This year’s theme was “Voices in Democracy.” Sophomore Sydney Heithoff received 2nd place in the Visual Arts category, and Senior Elizabeth Deng placed 2nd in the essay competition. Law Day strives to foster education and a deeper understanding of the legal system. It is celebrated every year on or around May 1st.
